The Tempered Update is the What's new list on the Asciilands title screen checked on 23 October 2026. Eleven bullets cover forging, engraving, creatures, death, and servers. This page copies that list. It does not add recipes, combat notes, or creature statistics. The script hash that day was ab7ac3d26ac3.

The title-screen heading is The Tempered Update. The lines under What’s new were:

Design and forge your own blades
Smith ranks, quench and temper
Blacksteel and Star Iron gear
Battleaxes, daggers and maces
Forged armor
Engraving and maker marks
Workshop upgrades
Frost rhinos and Quillbacks
The Cinder Colossus
Death drops your goods
Bigger servers

What the guides do with that list

Forging and the anvil are named on Crafting. The steps are not. Engraving is on this list and on the official Inscribe blurb. There is still no inscriptions page.

Workshop upgrades are named on Building and not described.

Frost rhinos, Quillbacks, and The Cinder Colossus are names from the bulletin. This wiki has no creature page and no combat notes.

“Death drops your goods” is a bulletin line. Client Help still has a survival line that says you keep your inventory after you respawn. This guide does not reconcile those two sentences.

“Bigger servers” is not a server list. This wiki has no servers page.

The older bulletin is The Frontier Update.
